- External Third Parties: service providers who provide IT and system administration services and data analytics or third parties to Parker Contracts.
- Professional Advisers: advisors (e.g., lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers) who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting and payroll services.

The rights of California residents under the CCPA include:
- Consumers have the right to know about the personal information Parker Contracts collected or disclosed about them. Consumers can request access to such personal information about themselves for the 12 months preceding the date Parker Contracts received such a request.
- Consumers have the right to request deletion of their personal information collected or maintained by Parker Contracts. Please note that there may be reasons why Parker Contracts would not be able to honor a deletion request. Such reasons could include those identified in the CCPA; for example, to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected or to comply with a legal obligation.
- Consumers have the right to not be discriminated against if they choose to exercise any of their CCPA privacy rights. Parker Contracts will not discriminate against California consumers who choose to exercise their CCPA privacy rights.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please email Privacy@ParkerContracts.com with the words “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line. We will provide you with a form to complete that will ask you for certain information to confirm your identity. The information collected will only be used to respond to your request and for record-keeping purposes to demonstrate compliance with the CCPA. Parker Contracts will respond to a verified request pursuant to the 45-day timeframe established in the CCPA.
If the consumer prefers, he or she may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on the consumer’s behalf.
CHILDREN
While in some instances we may collect personal data about children with the consent of a parent or guardian, we do not otherwise knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children.

SUPPLEMENTAL EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”) / UNITED KINGDOM (“UK”) PRIVACY NOTICE
European Union (“EU”) Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “EU GDPR”) and the Retained Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“UK GDPR”) require Parker Contracts as the data controller to provide additional and different information about its data processing practices to data subjects in the EEA or the UK. 2. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request if it is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
